We recently received an eclectic penthouse design from one of our readers, that seems to blend in perfectly with the shiny Las Vegas. Mark Tracy started the design of this project with the intent to use the finest materials on every surface to create a friendly, inviting, colorful, and extravagant design for a penthouse unit in the Veer Tower of Las Vegas’ modern City Center development. This penthouse‘s primary features include a 13’ tall by 13’ wide floor-wall-ceiling glass mosaic in an ocean blue color scheme with embedded images and bordered by a glass veneer tile. In the middle of the centerpiece mosaic hangs a chandelier encased in a blue glass cube. A Blue Louise” granite table floats off the kitchen island acting first as a bar elevation and then seamlessly dropping to a lower elevation where it serves as the units primary dining area. Enjoy.

It's the ultimate billionaire toy: A 377-foot yacht with a swimming pool that doubles as a submarine.The six-deck yacht-submarine hybrid, named Migaloo after an albino humpback whale, has not actually been built. The contraption was created to satisfy the demand of adventurous billionaires who want a truly unique boat, according to Austrian industrial design studio motion code: blue,With a 26-foot pool, cinema room, helipad, library, gym, laundry room, and private lounges, Migaloo would be perfectly equipped for the discerning billionaire. Plans call for it to be constructed with special pressure-proof glass and underwater lights to offer spectacular views when the submarine dives. No word on the cost yet, but given that this will be highly customizable, expect it to be in the multi-million dollar range.
It’s been a while since Cadillac last had a big coupe in its range, but now the automaker has decided to show us what such a car would look like if it were to be built. Called the Elmiraj Concept ($TBA), the big coupe showcases “a new vision for luxury driving and the top of the brand’s expanding range,” according to Cadillac. What this means is even if the Elmiraj doesn't end up being built, the design and ideas seen on this study will find their way on the brand’s upcoming S-Class-rivaling flagship sedan.
